GPSFF Submission Agreements

1.By submitting to the Greater Philadelphia Student Film Festival (GPSFF), I grant GPSFF the right to copy or duplicate my film(s) for judging, exhibition, national broadcast, website, and/or promotional purposes. I give permission for the GPSFF to screen the production at the GPSFF event as well as at ancillary Festival presentations, programs, events and/or the GPSFF website. I further grant GPSFF distribution rights to my film to use for sale on online websites and/or for the production or sale of a festival DVD.

2.I, the Submitter, have read and agreed with the following statement: Submitter must own all copyrights; (If requested) must be able to provide model/actor release verification if requested; must be able to provide music, product and other copyright licensing verification if requested. Submitter agrees to take on all copyright liability in regard to submitted film.

3.I have read, understood, and agreed with all of the Official GPSFF Rules, located at http://www.gpsff.com/rules.php

By submitting your film to the Greater Philadelphia Student Film Festival (GPSFF), you agree to be bound by all of the Submission Agreements outlined on this page.
